I specialize in gentle technology concierge services for folks who have been reluctant to reach out for help from traditional technology help desks.
What services do you offer?
I work one-on-one with customers who have frustrations with certain aspects of technology. A few of the services I offer include, but are not limited to: understanding cell phones/tablets/computers, learning to use email and productivity tools, learning to shop online, and helping with security and privacy issues related to social media and fraud attempts.
I can also lead group sessions targeted to specific needs such as email, productivity, social media, and other digital tools.
What are the rates of your services?
Rates are determined by the type of assistance needed. After the free 15 minute consultation, the first one hour session is $60 for virtual and $75 for on location services. After that, I offer package rates which include phone, email, and video support tailored to your particular needs.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa. I don’t accept checks.
Where would the concierge service take place?
That depends on the service needed. We can meet at a neutral location such as the library or a coffee shop. Additionally, we can meet via Zoom or plan an in home visit if that is preferred. I can even meet you to shop for technology that fits your specific needs, eliminating the pressure of sales jargon.
Can you fix my computer?
Sorry. No. However, I can take a look at your technology and make recommendations for needed services to be performed by trained technicians.
